Setting up repeating actions and projects

When you have something that needs to be done more than once, you can set it up as a repeating item.
Select the action, group, or project you want to repeat.
Open the inspector from the Inspectors menu or by clicking the Inspectors button in the toolbar.
Choose a repeat method from the pop-up in the bottom section of the inspector. (The repeat methods are described below.)
Enter a repeat interval in the field.
The available repeat methods are:
Don’t Repeat — Nothing special will happen when you mark the item complete.
Repeat Every — When you mark the item complete, a new instance will appear with its start date and due date moved a set duration after the original. It doesn’t matter when you complete the item; it will always repeat at the same rate. This works best for something that has to happen regularly, like paying the rent.
Start Again / Due Again — When you complete the item, a new instance will appear with its start date or its due date a certain duration after the completion time. This works best for something that needs to happen depending on the last time you did it, like getting a haircut.
The Next Start and Next Due times show when the next iteration would occur if you completed the selected item right now.
If you set a group or a project to repeat, each new repetition will have new copies of all of the contained items.
